Diversity and Accessibility Statement
1 – Commitment to Diversity
At Pennywise Education, we believe financial literacy education should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to creating content that represents and resonates with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Our educational materials intentionally feature diverse examples, scenarios, and perspectives to ensure all users can see themselves represented in our content.
2 – Inclusive Design
Our platform is designed with inclusivity in mind. We strive to ensure that our user interface, content, and features are accessible to users with varying abilities and learning preferences. This includes:
- Support for screen readers and assistive technologies
- Keyboard navigation options
- Adjustable text sizes and high-contrast viewing options
- Multiple content formats (text, audio, video) for different learning preferences
- Captions and transcripts for multimedia content
3 – Accessibility Standards
Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality.
4 – Multilingual Support
We recognize the importance of language accessibility and are working to provide our content in multiple languages. Currently, selected materials are available in Spanish, with plans to expand to additional languages in the future.
5 – Continuous Improvement
We view accessibility as an ongoing journey rather than a destination. We welcome feedback from users about accessibility challenges they encounter while using our platform. To report accessibility issues or suggest improvements, please contact our support team at accessibility@pennywiseeducation.com.
6 – Accommodation Requests
If you require specific accommodations to access our content or services, please contact us. We are committed to working with users to find solutions that enable full participation in our financial literacy programs.
